Política:

Variação sobre o mesmo tema:

         Nossos políticos vão levando a vida como se nada tivesse acontecido. Sarney dá entrevistas, Lula viaja, o Senado, sem representatividade, vota o que é do seu interesse, e assim vai. Todos numa hipocrisia nervosa, sabendo que a qualquer momento as coisas podem novamente “esquentar”. É assim mesmo, sempre foi assim.

         Durante a última semana, a frase que mais ouvi, de diversas pessoas, em diversas posições, de diversas idades foi: “Eu estou resolvendo o meu lado, o resto que se exploda.” Ou seja, todos têm consciência do que aconteceu e de como estão as coisas no nosso país, na nossa política, nas nossas almas. Mas, acreditam que resolvendo o seu lado basta, como se o seu lado não fosse contíguo com o lado dos outros.

         Participei de um evento político promovido por uma revista de São Paulo, onde uma juventude anestesiada, entre um gole de cerveja e outro, concluiu que Lula é um grande ator (concordo), é um grande diretor (concordo), e que é sincero nas coisas que diz. Aí, discordei e quase apanhei. Quase todos, também, riram com condescendência quando Lula, em um vídeo, se gabava de ter aprendido com Duda Mendonça, seu ex-marqueteiro, que “não adianta falar a coisa mais linda do mundo se só você está gostando.” Ou seja, não fale a verdade ou o que precisa ser dito, fale o que os outros “querem” ouvir. E assim vai. Vamos aguardar a germinação, a colheita será obrigatória.

         A reforma política, que poderia fazer o Brasil avançar, não sairá, com certeza. Assim, vamos caminhando para mais uma eleição viciada, onde não se pode confiar nas urnas eletrônicas e nos candidatos. Todos podem mentir à vontade, quem vai cobrar? Como vamos aferir as urnas? Pois, ficou claro que os senhores senadores mentiram e enganaram seus eleitores e nada aconteceu, exceto alguns constrangimentos e desconfortos, que da próxima vez sequer ocorrerão.

         Tenho acompanhado os comentários sobre as candidaturas já postas e não vejo, talvez em decorrência da anestesia geral, ninguém fazer uma análise profunda da situação. Na minha opinião, o eleitor brasileiro está em um mato sem cachorro. Mesmo se confirmadas as candidaturas de Serra, Aécio, Ciro e Eloisa Helena, não temos nenhum candidato de oposição. Não obstante minha admiração pela trajetória de vida e pela postura ambientalista da senadora Marina Silva, ela nem de longe é oposição ao que está aí. Pois, acredito que Marina é o plano B de Lula. Vejamos: Com o desgaste ocorrido pela crise do Senado e a visível falta de carisma e simpatia da ministra Dilma, Lula e seus “companheiros” não tiveram outra saída, a não ser criar essa ilusão de que Marina Silva é uma dissidência. Não é não. Marina é PT e sempre será. Seu discurso, mesmo que contenha temperos de ética e sustentabilidade, jamais será uma crítica contundente aos métodos e procedimentos do governo Lulista. Basta ver que ela não criticou as ocorrências e o comportamento do governo, na crise do Senado, e o Partido não se preocupou em retirar seu mandato. Está tudo acertado, Dilma (Geny) será boa de bater e de cuspir, enquanto Marina fará o discurso que “todos querem ouvir”. Assim, qualquer uma das duas que ganhar não representará qualquer mudança real, apenas de estilo. Aliás, há quem diga, em tom de brincadeira, que Marina é o Lula de saias.

         No caso de uma vitória Tucana, pouca coisa vai mudar, uma vez que Lula aplicou, direitinho, a política de Fernando Henrique. Assim, a política será a mesma, os problemas e defeitos também. Talvez, como na Era Fernando Henrique, vejamos o mesmo, só com um pouco mais de elegância.

         Resumindo, não há proposta de oposição. O povo terá que escolher o “menos pior”, para aplicar uma política, que será variação sobre o mesmo tema. Lamentável

Olho no olho:

        Com a perspectiva da realização da Copa do mundo e dos jogos olímpicos, o desespero começa a tomar conta das “autoridades” e dos bandidos, no Rio. Todos sabem que terão que enfrentar seus problemas, só não entendem que, persistir na mesma estratégia e na mesma tática, será catastrófico.

         A questão das drogas precisa ser enfrentada no Brasil e no mundo de forma pragmática. 50 anos de uma guerra sangrenta nos conduziram a esse beco sem saída, onde a corrupção tomou conta de tudo e de todos. Precisamos nos olhar olho no olho, falar, ouvir, debater e enfrentar nossas verdades e, principalmente, nossas mentiras. Minha opinião sobre o assunto já é bastante conhecida, a mantenho. Qualquer solução passa pela legalização das drogas e pela criação de oportunidades de negócios e trabalho para a população em foco. Imaginarmos que o recrudescimento dessa guerra irá ser eficaz é pura bobagem. Não temos tanto tempo assim, é preciso parar com os fingimentos e com os discursos ocos e tendenciosos. Ninguém pode bater no peito e dizer que está livre das tentações. Chega de mentiras.

         Entretanto, é preciso que os exemplos venham de cima. Aquela questão lá em Brasília, no centro do poder, precisa ser resolvida. Não basta fechar a Fundação Sarney, é preciso fechar o Senado e aposentar seu presidente. Legalizar as drogas é imprescindível, mas, a Lei acima de todos é para ontem. Se a Lei é inadequada, vamos mudá-la, mas ninguém pode se considerar acima dela.  

A elegância e a ganância de cada um:

        A cada dia que passa, fico sabendo de coisas que me fazem acreditar que a ignorância é, realmente, uma benção.

         Não questiono a legalidade. Mas, nestas alturas do campeonato, o presidente da República, Lula, receber pensão de R$ 3.200,00 por “perseguição” na época da ditadura é deselegante. Mesmo que doasse o dinheiro para uma instituição, ainda assim, seria deselegante. Meu senhor, você tem tudo: Poder, prestígio, comida, avião e dinheiro. Vamos ter pudor. “Bolsa Ditadura” é demais. O Brasil é um escândalo.

         O filme, durante o ano eleitoral e com Lula no cargo, também, é deselegância. Se formos analisar os patrocinadores, talvez, aja ilegalidade.

         A intervenção na companhia Vale, foi um desastre.

         A viagem eleitoreira ao rio São Francisco, foi de péssimo gosto. Falaram em investigação e responsabilização. Alguém viu?

No âmbito internacional:

Extremos no oriente médio.

        As questões no oriente médio continuam patinando. Claro que não sei o que “rola” nos bastidores, mas do jeito que vai, não chegaremos a lugar algum.

         A única solução é aplicar regras iguais para todos. Enquanto uns podem ter todo o arsenal nuclear secreto que quiserem e outros têm que prestar conta de cada grama de urânio, ou plutônio, não haverá acordo.        

         Minha preocupação, no caso, é com o Irã e com o povo iraniano. Não há nenhuma simpatia ou afinidade com o presidente Ahmadinejad. Aliás, sua visita ao Brasil carece de explicações quanto aos reais objetivos. É claro que se o Brasil deseja ser um mediador, precisa receber e conversar com todos. No entanto, a referida visita, se acontecer, deve ser marcada por uma posição sóbria e comedida por parte do Brasil. Não há motivos para festas e comemorações, tão pouco para hostilidades e agressões.

         No bojo da situação estão os palestinos, que não se entendem, não entendem os outros e, pelo visto, também não são entendidos. É preciso renunciar definitivamente a qualquer solução de violência, tanto interna, quanto em relação ao Estado de Israel. O tempo está passando e as soluções não são alcançadas. Muito da instabilidade política e econômica no mundo advém dos conflitos no oriente médio. Temos um longo caminho, nas próximas décadas, para resolvermos os problemas da crise. É imprescindível que as questões no oriente médio sejam resolvidas com rapidez.  É hora de mudar o compasso de “andante” para “alegro vivaci”

Los tres amigos:

        Na América Latina, os protagonistas de plantão, Chávez e Lula depois da trapalhada na embaixada brasileira, em Tegucigalpa, tiveram de assistir à intervenção da diplomacia americana para solucionar a “crise”, que tem nome: Zelaya. O acordo, pouco favorável a Zelaya, dá a medida da ânsia de “los tres amigos” para sair do impasse. Na minha opinião, é um grande risco. Zelaya já deu provas que não é de confiança. Comigo, traição só uma vez. Não acredito que Zelaya irá se comportar, seja a decisão do congresso pela sua volta, ou não, ao cargo de presidente. Se a preocupação da comunidade internacional é com o povo e com a democracia em Honduras, os esforços devem ser dirigidos para a realização, transparência e posse do eleito. Essa questão da volta de Zelaya ao cargo é questão menor, para atender aos interesses políticos de Lula e Chávez, para não falarmos na vaidade de Zelaya.

         O congresso brasileiro está decidindo se aceita a Venezuela no MERCOSUL. Para o bem do continente, devemos aceitá-la. Chávez é perigoso e precisamos tê-lo sobre controle. A situação econômica na Venezuela está se agravando e talvez possamos mantê-lo sobre controle, por força da sua dependência do MERCOSUL. De qualquer forma, não há necessidade de acuá-lo ainda mais. As bases americanas, na Colômbia, já são suficientes, como um recado.

         A Argentina inspira cuidados, tanto na economia quanto na liberdade de expressão. O povo argentino é conhecido por não levar desaforo para casa. Não esmoreçam. Cobrem. Não tomem a mesma anestesia que o povo brasileiro tomou. Depois que ela passar, a ressaca será terrível.

         A UNASUL e o PARLATINO, alguém tem notícia?

Economia:

            Administrar o dia-a-dia da economia, já não é fácil, fica bem mais difícil quando se tem que provar que tudo vai bem.

            A inflação aos pouquinhos retorna. Vários aumentos de preços puderam ser observados durante os últimos 2 meses. Alimentação está ficando mais cara. Os índices publicados dizem que há estabilidade, mas não é o que se observa. Vamos torcer para não seguirmos o equivocado caminho da Argentina e dizer que o vermelho é azul. 

            Apesar do esforço da grande imprensa em divulgar notícias auspiciosas, a realidade é que nossa economia continua muito doente. Os juros, em especial os ao consumidor, continuam nas alturas, e as reduções anunciadas não causam alívio, sequer psicológico. A situação fiscal, agora pressionada pelas gastanças “marolísticas” do governo e isenção de impostos, se agrava todo dia, sugerindo que a atual carga tributária, escorchante, não será capaz de propiciar recursos suficientes, para que o governo continue nas suas irresponsabilidades. Em um ano eleitoral não será possível avançar ainda mais sobre o PIB, assim, a solução será inflação. Isto sugere que o pós-eleição será aterrador. Isto talvez explique porque alguns não estão com pressa de se lançarem candidatos. Ninguém vai lembrar que Lula e seu governo aprontaram a bagunça, todos vão relacionar as dificuldades ao novo governo. Maquiavélico.

            A crise internacional, que alguns falam que já passou, mandou ontem um recado, com o pedido de falência do Cit group. Outro sinal nada bom é a fraqueza do Dólar, e a pouca margem de manobra dos governos para manter o câmbio estável. O ministro Mantega bem que tentou, mas os sinais são de que com os atuais juros no país, continuaremos a ter valorização do Real, o que já começa a impacientar e apavorar o setor exportador. Equação complicada essa.

            A economia americana e européia continua fraca e não há sinais de melhora no curto prazo. Não obstante os trilhões injetados nessas economias, não vemos efeito positivo, principalmente no setor financeiro, que dando mostras de total falta de visão, continua a aplicar os mesmos prêmios e métodos similares aos que redundaram na crise. Ninguém quer levar a situação a sério e pensar em uma economia baseada em outros valores e parâmetros. Por incrível que pareça, ainda continuam a acreditar que consumir e consumir, principalmente automóveis, é a solução. Assim, estamos rumando para a segunda parte da tempestade, com direito a outros terremotos e tsunamis.

            Alguns perguntarão: Será que tanta gente capacitada não é capaz de resolver ou até já tenham resolvido a questão? Bem, não conseguem porque a crise não é apenas econômica. Já disse isso várias vezes. A parte econômica é uma das vertentes, mas o problema é cultural, moral, ético, político e ambiental, entre outras nuances. O fato de enfiarmos a cabeça na areia e fingirmos que não sabemos de nada, não altera a realidade. Somos os avestruzes do terceiro milênio.

            Não importa a propaganda, dentro de nós sabemos o que está ocorrendo. Por isso, alguns dias após o anúncio da escolha do Rio para sediar as Olimpíadas, a empolgação passou e os problemas se tornaram maiores, no caso brasileiro. Lá fora, não adianta noticiarem que a Ford teve um lucro maior do que o esperado, na esperança de contrabalancear o pedido de falência do CIT. Por quanto tempo viveremos assim?

            É a ganância, o imediatismo agindo. E o resultado será doloroso. Vejam o exemplo de política equivocada no Brasil. O querido prefeito da cidade de São Paulo agora vai exigir vistoria em veículos fabricados antes de 2003. Resolveu, também, instalar Chips nos veículos. Ele nega, mas é o caminho para o pedágio urbano. Assim, vamos ver, se será possível que carros com 8, 9, 10 ou mais anos de fabricação correspondam a qualquer parâmetro de emissão de gazes, etc. Qual o objetivo? Evitar ou dificultar a circulação de carros antigos, os carros dos mais pobres. Caso isto estivesse dentro de um ambicioso e profundo projeto de transporte coletivo, até faria sentido. Mas, nada disso. O objetivo é forçar essa população mais pobre, e que não tem opção, a se endividar para comprar veículos novos, satisfazendo à indústria, recolhendo impostos e abarrotando as cidades de veículos. Tudo errado.

            Temos que procurar novas e criativas soluções, não dá mais para prosseguirmos no atual caminho.

            De um jeito ou de outro, por vontade ou por força teremos que caminhar para uma administração planetária, um governo planetário. Este é o grande desafio, tanto político quanto econômico. Na política, criar um governo e um parlamento planetário, na economia, criar um sistema capaz de entender, controlar e coordenar os diversos subsistemas econômicos existentes no mundo. Por isso, por exemplo, seria importante a criação de 6 blocos político/econômicos, de forma a tornar a tarefa viável. Americano do norte, americano do sul, União européia, Rússia/ Europa oriental, asiático e Austrália. É tarefa para o resto do século. Enquanto isso, perdemos tempo ouvindo mentiras das montadoras sobre seus carros ecologicamente corretos e anúncios de Bancos sobre lucros em um trimestre e pedido de falência na sequência.

            Reconheço que não é fácil. Minhas últimas experiências nas manifestações forasarney e contatos com grupos políticos me ensinaram a imensa dificuldade, para se fazer política de forma correta. Mas, ao mesmo tempo, observei que, mesmo sendo difícil, é possível interagirmos com as pessoas, com os grupos e com os políticos, sem corrompermos nossos ideais e nossos caracteres.

            Ninguém está dizendo que tempos que ser pobres, ou voltarmos para a idade da pedra. Temos que desenvolver outro sistema político e econômico que permita à humanidade continuar seu caminho. Pois, se persistirmos no atual, continuaremos, por mais algum tempo, no entanto, nem para a idade da pedra voltaremos, simplesmente deixaremos de existir. Volto a insistir: Ao contrário do entendimento da maioria, não é o planeta que está ameaçado, é a humanidade. Salvar o planeta significa salvarmos a nós mesmos. Isto implica na abordagem e solução de todos os temas acima e muitos mais.

            Nestes anos, em que tenho externado minhas opiniões, nunca o fiz com a arrogância do dono da verdade. Entretanto, sempre o fiz na certeza de que realmente acreditava no que estava falando, na esperança de poder ajudar. Percebo que o atual estágio da evolução humana ainda é insuficiente para uma total compreensão do sentido mais profundo da nossa existência como espécie e como planeta. Só me resta continuar tentando, com a percepção de que sou apenas um homem e, como tal, parte do problema.

Politics:

Variation on the same theme:

         Our politicians live their lives as if nothing had happened. Sarney gives interviews, Lula travels, the Senate, without representation, vote what is its interest, and so on. All in nervous hypocrisy, knowing that at any moment things can again "heat”. This is the way things have always been.

  

         During the last week, the most common phrase I heard from various people in various positions, of different ages was, "I'm solving my problem, the rest let’s it explodes." In other words, everybody knows what happened and how are things in our country, our politics, our souls. They believe to protect their interests is enough, forgotten that the others do have their interests as well.

         I attended a political event sponsored by a magazine in Sao Paulo, where an anesthetized youth, between a sip of beer and another concluded that Lula is a great actor (I agree) is a great director (I agree), and is sincere in things he says. Then, I disagreed and they almost beat me. Almost all also laughed condescendingly when Lula, in a video, boasted to have learned from Duda Mendonça, his ex-marketing consultant, “is no good talking about the most beautiful thing in the world if only you're enjoying it”. In other words, don’t say the truth or what needs to be said, say what others "want" to hear. And so it goes. Let's wait for germination, the harvest will be mandatory.

         The political reform, which could make Brazil goes forward, will not be voted for sure. So, let's walk for a flawed election, where we cannot trust the voting machines and candidates. Everyone can lie at will, who will charge? How do we assess the polls? Well, it was clear that senators lied and misled the voters and nothing happened, except some embarrassment and discomfort that in the next time will not even occur.
 
         I have been following the comments on the political candidacy already made and I see, perhaps because of general anesthesia, no one make a thorough analysis of the situation. In my opinion, the Brazilian voters are in a jungle without a rifle. Even if confirmed the nominations of Serra, Aecio, Ciro and Eloisa Helena, we have no opposition candidate. Despite my admiration for the path of life and the posturing of Senator Marina Silva, she is no way opposed to what is there. Well, I think Marina is the plan B of Lula. Consider: With the erosion occurred due to crisis in the Senate and the apparent lack of charisma and sympathy of the secretary Dilma, Lula and his teammates had no other choice but to create the illusion that Silva is a dissent. Thus, either of which win will not represent any real change, only style change. In fact, some say, in jest, that Marina is Lula wearing skirts.

         In the case of a victory of PSDB party, little will change, as Lula has implemented, just like the policy of Fernando Henrique. Thus, the policy will be the same, the problems and defects as well. Perhaps, as the Cardoso Era, we will see the same, just with a little more elegance.

         In short, there is no proposal of opposition. The people have to choose the "lesser evil" to implement a policy that will be a variation on the same theme. Regrettable

Eye to eye:

        With a view to achieving World Cup and the Olympic Games, desperation begins to take over the "authorities" and villains in Rio. Everyone knows they will have to face their problems, they just do not understand that persisting in the same strategy and in the same tactic it will be catastrophic.

         The drug issue must be addressed in Brazil and in the world pragmatically. 50 years of a bloody war have led us to this impasse, where the corruption took care of everything and everyone. We need to look in the eye, talk, listen, discuss and confront our truths and especially our lies. My opinion on the subject is very well known, I maintain it. Any solution demands to legalize drugs and creating business opportunities and work for the population in focus. Imagine that the resurgence of this war will be effective is pure nonsense. We do not have much time; we must stop the biased and hollow speeches. No one can beat their chests and say that is free from temptations. No more lies.

         However, it is necessary that the examples come from above. That question in Brasilia, in the center of power, must be resolved. Just to close the Sarney Foundation is not enough; we must close the Senate and retire its president. Legalizing drugs is essential, but the law above all is for yesterday. If the law is inadequate, we will change it, but nobody can consider himself above it.



The elegance and the greed of each one:

        Every day that passes, I hear of things that make me believe that ignorance is really a blessing.

         I do not question the legality. But in this point of the championship, the president Lula to receive a pension of $ 1,829.00 for "persecution" in the era of dictatorship is inelegant. Even if he donates money to an institution it stills inelegant. My lord, you have everything: power, prestige, food, travel and money. Have modesty. "Dictatorship pension" is too much. Brazil is a scandal.

         The intervention in the Vale Company was a disaster.

Internationally:


Extremes in the Middle East.


        The issues in the Middle East continue unresolved. Of course I do not know what "occurs" behind the scenes, but the way it goes will not get anywhere.

         The only solution is to apply the same rules for everyone. While some may have all the secret nuclear arsenal they want and others have to account for every gram of uranium or plutonium, there is no agreement.

         My concern here is with Iran and the Iranian people. There is no sympathy or affinity with President Ahmadinejad. Moreover, his visit to Brazil lacks explanation of the real goals. It is clear that if Brazil wants to be a mediator must receive and talk to everyone. However, the visit if it happens must to be marked by a sober and restrained position by Brazil. There is no reason for parties and celebrations, so little to hostilities and aggressions.

         In the midst of the situation are the Palestinians, who do not understand the others, do not understand each other and, apparently, are not understood. They must to give up for any solution of violence, both internally and in relation to the State of Israel. The clock is ticking and the solutions are not reached. Much of the political and economic instability in the world comes from the conflicts in the Middle East. We have a long way in the coming decades, to solve the problems of the crisis. It is essential that the issues in the Middle East are resolved quickly. It's time to change the melody compass from "andante" to "allegro vivaci"



Los tres amigos:

        In Latin America, the players on duty, Chavez and Lula after the mess at the Brazilian embassy in Tegucigalpa, had to attend the intervention of U.S. diplomacy to resolve the "crisis" that has a name: Zelaya. The agreement disadvantageous to Zelaya, gives a measure of the eagerness of "los tres amigos" to break the deadlock. In my opinion, it is a big risk. Zelaya has proved that he is not reliable.          The Brazilian Congress is deciding whether to accept Venezuela in MERCOSUR. For the good of the continent, we must accept it. Chavez is dangerous and we must have him under control. The economic situation in Venezuela is getting worse and maybe we can keep him under control by his dependence on MERCOSUR. Anyway, there is no need to push him even more. The U.S. bases in Colombia are already sufficient, as a message.

         Argentina inspires care, both in economics and in freedom of expression. The Argentines are known for not taking insult home. Do not give up. Keep demanding. Do not take the same anesthesia that took the Brazilian people. After it passes, the sensation is terrible.

         About the UNASUR and the PARLATINO does anyone have news?



Economy:


        Manage the economy’s day-by-day, is not easy, much harder when you have to prove that all is well.

         Inflation in Brazil returns bit by bit. Several price increases were observed during the last 2 months. Food is getting more expensive. The indices published say there is stability, but it is not what happens. Let's hope we do not follow the wrong path of Argentina and say that red is blue.

         Despite the efforts of the mainstream media to disseminate good news, the reality is that our economy remains very ill. Interest, in particular the consumer, still the highest, and the reductions announced cause no relief, even psychological. The government budget situation is now under pressure due to overspending and tax-free and gets worse every day, suggesting that the scorching current tax burden will not be able to provide sufficient resources for the government to continue in its irresponsibility. In an election year you cannot go further on the GDP, so the solution is inflation. This suggests that the post-election will be terrifying. This may explain why some are not in a hurry to engage candidates. Nobody will remember that Lula and his government would set up the mess; everyone will relate the difficulties to the new government. It is Machiavellian.

         The international crisis that some people say that has passed sent a message yesterday with the bankruptcy of the Cit group. Another good sign is not the weakness of the dollar, and the limited scope of government’s options to maintain stable exchange. The secretary Mantega was really trying, but the signs are that with the current interest in the country we will continue to have appreciation of the Real, which is beginning to fidget and freak the export sector.          The American and European economy remains weak and there are no signs of improvement in the short term. Despite the trillion injected in these economies, we see no positive effect, especially in the financial sector, showing signs of overall lack of vision, continues to apply the same bonus and methods similar to those that have resulted in crisis. Nobody wants to take the situation seriously and think of an economy based on other values and parameters. Amazingly, still believe that consume and consume, especially cars, is the solution. So we headed for the second part of the storm, with the possibility of other earthquakes and tsunamis.

         Some might ask: Does so many capable people are not able to solve or to have already resolved the issue? Well, they cannot because the crisis is not just economic. I've said this several times. The economics is one of the strands, but the problem is cultural, moral, ethical, political, environmental, and other nuances. The fact of sticking our heads in the sand and pretend that we do not know anything does not change the reality. We are the ostriches of the third millennium.

         No matter the propaganda, inside we know what is happening. So, a few days after the announcement of the choice of Rio to host the Olympics the excitement has passed and the problems become larger, in the Brazilian case. Outside, it's no use reporting on that Ford had a profit higher than expected, hoping to offset the bankruptcy of CIT. How long we will live like this?

         It is the greed, the immediacy of our days and the result is painful. Look at the example of misguided policy in Brazil. The beloved mayor of Sao Paulo will now require inspection on vehicles manufactured before 2003. Resolved also install chips in vehicles. He denies, but it is the way for congestion pricing. So, let's see whether it is possible that cars with 8, 9, 10 or more years of production correspond to any parameter of emission quotas, etc. What's the point? Preventing or delaying the movement of old cars, cars of the poorest. If this were part of a deep and ambitious project of public transportation, could make sense. But it is not the case. The goal is to force the poorest, which have no option to go into debt to buy new vehicles, pleasing industry, collecting taxes and saturating the city with vehicles. All wrong.

         We must seek new and creative solutions, there's impossible to go on the current path.

         One way or another, willingly or by force we will have to move towards a global administration, a global government. This is the great challenge, both political and economic. In politics, creating a government and a global parliament, in the economy, creating a system able to understand, manage and coordinate the various economic sub-systems of the world. So, for example, would be important to create 6 political / economic blocks, in order to make the task feasible. They could be the North American, the South-Latin American, the European Union, the Russian / Eastern European, the Asian and Australian. It is a task for the rest of the century. Meanwhile, we are wasting time listening to lies from automakers on their eco-friendly cars and ads on banking profits in one quarter and bankruptcy in another.


         I recognize that it is not easy. My recent experiences in the Sarney go out group events and contacts with political groups, taught me the immense difficulty, to make policy correctly. But at the same time, I noticed that it is possible to interact with people, with groups and politicians, without corrupting our ideals and our characters.

         Nobody is saying we have to be poor, or go back to the Stone Age. We have to develop other political and economic system that allows humanity to continue its path. If we persist in the present path we will continue for some time, however, we will not go to the Stone Age return, simply cease to exist. I insist: Unlike the understanding of majority, is not the planet that is threatened, it is humanity. Saving the planet means we save ourselves. This implies the approach and solution of all issues listed above and many more.

         In these years that I have voiced my opinions, I never did with the arrogance of the owner of the truth. However, I always did with the knowledge that I really believed what I was talking about, hoping to help. I understand that the current stage of human evolution is still insufficient for a full understanding of the deeper meaning of our existence as a species and as a planet. I can only keep trying, with the realization that I am only a man and as such part of the problem.
